AC Express Interlocking Panel 25mm
Express is a clean, modern concealed fix cladding system, with express joints between panels. From as little as 5 mm to as wide as 30 mm the joints can alter the entire appearance of a large flat expanse of metal.
Standard panel widths are 192 mm, 242 mm, or 292 mm.
AC Cliptray 25™
Similar to traditional standing seam roofs, Archclad™ Cliptray 25 mm provides a distinctive 25 mm thin structural rib. The aesthetically pleasing design will cover a full range of buildings from residential properties (new or re roof) to commercial constructions.
Cliptray 48™
The Archclad ™Cliptray 48mm provides a higher rib design. It also incorporates a “snap’ fix where the male rib is secured to the substructure purlin or girt with a Proprietary Concealed Fixing Clip made from 0.8mm Stainless Steel Gr404 .
AC Flatlock Panels
Flat Lock Panels offer a simple yet elegant cladding solution that provides a horizontal or vertical flat seam similar to a ship-lap. The system uses a simple interlocking fold on all four sides.
AC Single Lock Standing Seam
This cladding system is for roofs and façade allowing long strips of profile to be assembled by forming double folds on the up stands. The sheets are laid on continuous plywood backing and anchored using concealed fixing clips.
