The Ever Art Wood® Mizotsuki is a bolt fix batten cladding system. The Mizotsuki batten incorporates a full length channel along the backside to which a bolt is fed through and affixed to an 'L' bracket. The 'L' bracket can be fixed directly to a structure or posts.
Ever Art Wood® Mizotsuki Batten Profiles
The Mizotsuki Batten Cladding System consists of two parts - Mizotsuki batten & L bracket and performs well when tested to:
AS/NZS 1530.1 (Aluminium type not deemed combustible),
AS/NZS 1530.3 (spread of flame: index 0),
AS/NZS 3837-1998 (Group 1), and
ASTM E84 (Class A). =
Ever Art Wood meets the BCA Deemed to Satisfy Provisions C1.9 (e)(v) of the 2019 NCC (Volume 1 – covering class 2-9 buildings).
NOTE:
Batten lengths are available in standard 4m or 6m lengths and can be cut to length.
For large quantities battens lengths can be made to order to reduce wastage and minimise cost.
All dimensions are width x depth unless otherwise indicated.
Allow 8-12 weeks lead time as our timber look aluminium cladding is made to order in Japan.
