What’s the Gig?

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll help drive customer engagement, lead generation and brand awareness across multiple channels.

Working closely with our Sales and Leadership teams, you'll coordinate campaigns, create compelling content, manage digital marketing activities and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the quality and professionalism Covet is known for.

You're a capable marketing professional who takes ownership, follows through to completion, enjoys being the person who maintains momentum and gets a rush from being a key player in driving business growth. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns from concept to execution

  • Tracking, analysing and reporting on marketing, sales and campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Supporting lead generation and customer nurture initiatives

  • Maintaining and optimising website, CRM database and automation

  • Supporting product launches, events and industry engagement activities

  • Managing content across social media, email, website and industry platforms

  • Creating engaging written content and marketing collateral

  • Ensuring brand consistency across all channels and communications

  • Working closely with internal teams and external creative partners

About You

  • 4+ years' experience in a marketing coordinator role

  • Proven experience coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns from concept through to execution

  • Strong commercial awareness, the ability to align marketing activity with business objectives and whole system thinking.

  • Genuine accountability for outcomes, genuine curiosity to learn and be coachable.

  • A proactive, self-directed, continued improvement mindset.

  • Excellent organisational skills and a consistent disciplined approach.

  • Confidence managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously

  • Next level attention to detail

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills

  • Experience using digital marketing platforms, social media channels, websites and CRM systems

  • Bonus points if you have experience in architecture, interiors, construction or other design-led industries.
