Based in our Yarraville showroom, you’ll join a high-performing team using Zoho CRM and cutting-edge AI-powered tools. We’ve automated the mundane so you can focus on what matters: delivering impact and scaling our reach.

What’s the Gig?

Covet is looking for an ambitious, high-velocity Internal Sales & Service Consultant who is motivated by growth and a fast-paced environment. We are seeking someone with a natural appetite for success, a self-starter who is as passionate about high-quality design as they are about driving results in a tech-forward team.

You won’t just be managing inquiries; you will be optimising the full customer journey from the first lead to final delivery, ensuring every interaction reflects Covet’s design excellence while relentlessly driving for the close.

This role is for a self-starter who thrives under pressure and is motivated by results and reward. You are someone who enjoys the win. You’re confident with technology, obsessed with KPIs, and take pride in maintaining immaculate records within advanced CRM systems (Zoho experience is a major advantage).

You’ll be the front line for architects, designers, and builders. You are the engine room of our sales process, managing the customer journey with speed, precision, and a proactive mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Attacking inbound inquiries with speed, warmth, and a commercial mindset.

  • Using Zoho CRM as your primary tool to track, chase, and close opportunities.

  • Leveraging AI tools to outpace the competition and anticipate client needs.

  • Coordinating quotes and samples with a sense of urgency.

  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs, including conversion rates and repeat engagement.

About You

  • You’re energetic, sharp, and results oriented. You understand that in a fast-paced environment, speed and precision are key. You’re someone who takes initiative, ensuring no lead is left cold and every client feels the weight of your expertise.

  • A proven track record in sales or account coordination where you’ve consistently hit targets.

  • A proactive, self-starting mindset: you don’t wait for instruction; you identify what needs to be done and take the lead to ensure projects stay on track.

  • Professionalism on the phone and a reputation for solving problems before they escalate.

  • Exceptional organisation and a drive for continuous improvement.

  • A genuine interest in architecture or a love for beautiful, premium spaces.
