What’s the Gig?

We’re looking for a Sales and Customer Service champion to join our small (but mighty) customer service team.

The purpose of this role is to develop and maintain strong customer relationships through the delivery of exceptional and timely service. This includes inbound and outbound customer interactions, understanding the client’s needs, project plans and the best product options we have, to ensure their project becomes a design icon.  This role is all about self-management, efficiency, and building relationships that last. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to keep things smooth, smart, and client focussed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work in a tight-knit team to deliver 5-star service every time.

  • Own the entire customer journey—from first inquiry to final delivery.

  • Provide a sales experience that builds trust and provides expertise that makes the client feel like you’re an integral part of their project team

  • Jump on calls and emails to solve problems fast and build trust.

  • Collaborate with marketing to keep the pipeline flowing and customers happy.

  • Keep our CRM sharp and accurate

  • Liaise with local and international suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Spot process gaps and make things better—constantly.

About You

You care about the team, the client, and doing great work. You have proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales support and juggling multiple priorities without dropping a single one. You are a calm, clear communicator who thrives under pressure, you are super-organised, detail-obsessed, and a total follow-through pro. You may also have:

  • A background or qualifications in architecture, design, or building products

  • Zoho experience
